The founder and brewer at Kentwood has been creating craft ales for several years.
From humble beginnings brewing beer in his garage, Sean Wood was very soon accelerating his brewing activity and quickly moved away from home brew kits to brewing with grain. The rest, as they say, is history.
With a prestigious career in the corporate world as a marketing executive, preceded by a number of years in publishing, Sean took to brewing like a duck to water. And whilst he oversees the overall business and the marketing side of the business, he roles his sleeves up when it comes to brew days. Sean created our very own 80 shilling and Wee Heavy.
Favourite beer style: Our Golden Eagle American Golden Ale.
Anne is our General Manager and takes care of all of our internal and external events activities, which are wide and varied and range from Full Wedding Ceremonies to small local Food Festivals.
Janette is our Bar Manageress and is responsible for the general front of house including both the Bar and Bistro.
A recent addition to the team, Kay is our Brewing Assistant who is currently working through her MA in Brewing & Distilling at Heriot Watt University.
